I have take GABA within a drinkable sleep aid and didn’t have any major issues but with these I have heavier eyes when I get up. I’d take this along with a tryptophan, waiting an hour before and after eating for the effect, and I found they helped me. I suggest one do their research (the diet cure and the mood cure website/book, etc.) first to find out which amino acid could help you, and if you can afford to see a naturopath or someone, that would be great. However, I had low funds, and so my aunt, who researches nonstop, suggested them for me.
