DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix ±3 slightly rounded scoops (75g) into 500-750ml of water and shake vigorously. It is recommended that the powder be added to half the water first, be shaken vigorously and then the rest of the water should be added.
PERFORMANCE: During long, strenuous endurance events or training sessions, take one full serving (75g mixed into 500-750ml water) every 60-90 minutes. Take a few sips every 15-20 minutes. For optimal results, drink a full serving within 1 hour leading up to the start of your race, taking small sips every few minutes.
