Firstly, lemi say i’ve purchased this from my local health food store many times, and I truly believe this are the best iron pills out there, for me anyway. I am in my late 30s and have have had many, many children – not enough to have my own reality show, but enough to start a basketball team with a couple of bench riders to spare. My point is, my body needs all the help it can get, and this stuff does the trick! I don’t know if it’s the other vitamins added in, but no other iron supplement has been as successful for me as this one.

My iron level has been so low that I had heart palpitations, couldn’t think clearly, and was physically and mentally exhausted, even after a full nights sleep. I had run out of these while on vacation and forgot to replenish my supply!! It took about a solid week of taking these for my anemia symptoms to clear up completely, but now I will make absolutely sure to never run out again!!! Of course it’s always best to checks with your doctor before starting something like this, but with NO STOMACH issues, at all?! I’m so glad that I gave this a try and have become a repeat customer!
